Welcome! The Center for Excellence in Oral Communication focuses on the
development and enhancement of the oral communication competency of all members of the
campus community - students, faculty, and staff. The Center provides several programs and
presentations that can be utilized in the classroom through workshops, or within the Center
through one-to-one assistance, regardless of academic major. Communication skills play an
