Welcome to the home page for the Teacher Education Programs at the College of Education at UCCS.

We appreciate your interest in our programs. The mission of teacher education within the College of Education is to prepare well-trained effective educators. UCCS is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. The College of Education is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). The licensure programs are accredited by the Colorado Commission on Higher Education and the Colorado Department of Education.

Beginning in June 1, 2007, there will be no waivers or exceptions for requirements for the TED 301/501 course.
