La Cadière d' Azur, located about 14 kilometers from the Cote d'Azure, will be the hub for our activities. The feudal village, perched on top of the plains of the Var region, offers Provencal life at its best. Vineyards, olive trees, and lavender fields set the stage for your entry into the Provençal lifestyle and cultural immersion.

Course Description

Course: "Provence: A French Cultural Experience"

This course will consist of an 8-day trip to the region of Provence in southern France. The primary objective is a cultural immersion to promote language acquisition, assimilation, and historical knowledge. While people visit the area for vacations, many fail to experience the local culture and traditions. Les Provençals have their own language, history (dating back to prehistoric times), cuisine, art and way of life. La Cadière d' Azur, the Medieval village where we will stay, offers an introduction to life in Provence. The course will also focus on the lifestyle and traditions of this distinctive region of France.
