Dr. Nadyne Guzmán is Professor of Leadership at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Her research centers around self leadership, leadership and spirituality, and cultural competency - all within the context of systems theory and the interconnectedness of human beings in their quest for peace. Dr. Guzmán is currently writing a book on the creation of infinite excellence through individual wholeness, connection with All, integrity, and ecological awareness. In her work with individuals, teams, and corporations she emphasizes cultural competency as an essential element for optimal success.
