How to Register
Please visit the Student Online Center to register for Extended Studies courses. Course call numbers can be provided by the Extended Studies office.

How to Obtain Financial Aid
Students living in the state of Colorado that are interested in Financial Aid can visit the UCCS Financial Aid link below and click on the "How to Apply" FAFSA link. This is the first step in the process to receive financial aid.

There will be financial aid available for the following online programs spring 2006. There are deadlines to meet so please visit the above site before you get started.
- Certificate for Early Literacy Program
- Online Principal Licensure Program
The College of Education Extended Studies office will take registrations anytime for the above programs but financial aid requires that a student be enrolled for the entire semester before funds are dispersed. Please contact our office 719-255-4344 and let us know if you intend to use financial aid each semester.

How to Request a Transcript
Due to confidentiality issues, grades cannot be given over the phone or by unofficial e-mail. Transcripts and Grades may be viewed through the Student Online Center by clicking on the Records tab and then the word "transcripts."

If you are taking multiple classes, you only need one form. There is no charge for up to five transcripts. If you need special handling to rush the transcript, there is a fee.
