Center for
Homeland
Security
was
selected to
develop a
four-week
Seminar in
Trans-Atlantic
Civil
Security
(STACS) for
the George
C. Marshall
Center for
European
Security
Studies
in
Garmisch-Partenkirchen,
Germany.
Students
from
sixty-one
countries
attend
Marshall
Center
programs
providing
active,
peaceful
engagement,
promoting
international
stability.
The Center
was
contracted
to deliver
the program
by October
31,
2007.
