CHS Develops Reciprocal Agreement with Albanian Defense College

The
Center for Homeland Security has undertaken to develop a reciprocity
agreement with the Albanian Defense College Senior Course on Security
& Defense Studies. Under the agreement, both schools will jointly
certify curricula in international civil security enhancing senior
leadership ability to meet the changing demands of an increasingly
complex security environment. The agreement will promote improved
international cooperation for US, EU, and NATO civil/humanitarian
missions.
