Admission Information
For Undergraduate Certificate Applicants, apply for admission through UCCS Extended Studies. You must do this even if you are a regularly admitted undergraduate student at UCCS.
For Graduate Certificate Applicants, there are 3 steps to the admission process:
1. Apply for UCCS Extended Studies admission (you must do this even if you are a regularly admitted student at UCCS)
2.Complete the Application for Certificate Program Admission and mail to CHS at the address listed below, and:
3. Have one official transcript, from a University or College that verifies a Bachelor's degree (or higher) has been conferred, sent to:

Once your online Extended Studies application is processed, the Office of Admissions and Records will send an email (to the email address you provided) with your Student ID number and instructions for establishing the PIN that will allow you to register.
