Susan received her B.S. degree in Biology from the University of the Ozarks and her M.S. degree in Zoology from the University of Illinois. She teaches Chem 151 and 153.

Tish graduated from Smith College in Northampton, MA, with a B.A. in Government in May 1992. In addition to her B.A. degree, she earned a paralegal certificate from Denver Paralegal Institute in 1995. She worked as a court clerk in the El Paso County Courts, a legal assistant at Manulife Financial in Boston, and administrative support to the CU Foundation from 2000-2003. More recently, she worked for the UCCS Engineering Department as the Graduate Program Coordinator and the Office Manager, before coming to the Chemistry Department in January of 2005.

Connie has been part of the CU-Colorado Springs Staff since 1985. She graduated from the University of Arizona (Tucson) with a B.S. in Chemistry, and has attained certification in Safety Management from Pikes Peak Community College. In conjunction with her management of the Biology and Chemistry stockroom, Connie serves as an honorarium instructor for the Departments of Biology and Chemistry and is the Chemical Hygiene Officer.

Chuck received his B.S. in Environmental Science from Troy State University in Alabama. Following 20 years of experience in environmental laboratories, he joined the UCCS laboratory staff in 2001 as an instrumentation specialist. He installs, calibrates, maintains and repairs laboratory equipment for the Chemistry and Biology departments. He also assists with developing experiments where instruments are used.

Brent graduated from Mesa State College with a B.S. in Biology. After 15 years working for Medtronic, Brent came to UCCS in 2004. He assists in the operation of the chemical stockroom and prepares laboratory setups for Biology and Chemistry courses.
