Fitness/Wellness

Fitness/Wellness programming includes Group Fitness classes, Personal Training resources, Faculty/Staff Wellness, and other instructional programs. All programs are available to the campus community who are members of the facility. Participation in most of the Fitness/Wellness programs does carry an additional fee, though we set those prices at a level to encourage participation by our members.
