Equipment Rentals

All rentals can be picked up and returned during the Fall & Spring Semester at the Outdoor Center during normal office hours M-F 2:00-6:00 PM

Rental Policies

 

The equipment rentals are for UCCS students, faculty, and staff. In order to rent equipment at the above rates, individuals should be prepared to present a UCCS ID card. Without proof of affiliation with UCCS, equipment is rented at outside rates.

The late fee for equipment not returned on time is twice the daily fee per day late.

All equipment that is damaged, lost, or dirty will be charged accordingly.

Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance by calling the office (262-3429) or stopping by during hours of operation. Payment can be done with cash or check. A 24 hour cancellation notice is necessary to request a refund.

It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure they have adequate transportation and in some cases, storage, for the equipment.

Individuals will be required to sign a release that includes a statement indicating that they have experience using the equipment they have rented.
