Just the Facts, Folks: a business approach to city finances

The pressures on the City of Colorado Springs budget and the debate around two ballot issues affecting the city budget prompted the alumni and the College of Business to present a fact-based program so voters could make educated decisions on their ballots. An early morning crowd listened politely and asked good questions. And while the topic was serious, there were moments of laughter throughout the presentation.
