Overview

Extended Studies courses are not subsidized by the State of Colorado; therefore, they are not eligible for the College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend. These courses must be paid-in-full at the time of registration, unless you choose to join the Payment Plan for a $35 non-refundable fee. You can enroll in the Payment Plan at the myUCCS Portal. The tentative billing deadline dates for Extended Studies are listed below.

Billing Deadlines	Fall 2009	Spring 2010	Summer 2010
Payment-In-Full Deadline. By 4:00 pm on this date, you must pay for Extended Studies courses in-full (Postmarks will NOT be honored), or you must enroll in a Payment Plan at the myUCCS Portal. After this date, registration must accompany payment.	August 14	January 8	June 4
40/30/30 Payment Plan - Second Payment Deadline. You can enroll in a Payment Plan at the myUCCS Portal prior to the Payment-in-Full Deadline date above. If you do, the second payment for this plan is due by this date.	September 18	February 12	June 25
Payment Plan Final Payment Deadline. For all students who are on a deferred payment plan for their Extended Studies courses, you must pay your total balance in-full by this date (Postmarks will NOT be honored).	October 16	March 12	July 16
Itemized Statements. You can access your itemized statement for the current semester online at the myUCCS Portal. If you need a receipt for a previous semester, contact Extended Studies Billing for a free itemized statement.
