The Department of Health Sciences offers a program leading to the degree of Master of Science (MSc) in Forensic Science. Graduate students pursue coursework in forensic science and other related disciplines (biology, chemistry, psychology and sociology) providing the students with a diverse integrated curriculum of study.
Admission Requirements
Application Deadlines:
SUMMER : April 1st of each year
FALL: June 1st of each year
SPRING: November 1st of each year
Admission to the MSc Forensic Science program requires that the student meet the following requirements:
Course Study Requirements
Students must complete 30 semester hours of course work, of which 15 or more must be at the graduate level (500 or above).
Students must complete a minimum of 18 semester hours of upper division and graduate courses in Forensic Science offered by the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Specific required and elective courses are listed below:
