Degree programs and stand alone minors are required to submit a
progress report of assessment activities that have taken place subsequent to their last submitted report. Depending on the development stage that they are in with their assessment program, departments will either report annually or every other year. Programs are expected to meet
UCCS SAAC Assessment Standards. Please contact the Learning Outcomes Coordinator for assistance or information at any stage in your assessment reporting.
It is recommended that department chairs or assessment coordinators read the Guidelines for the
Preparation of Assessment Progress Reports before completing their assessment progress report. This document
describes the sections of the report and suggestions for what should be included. Reporting is now completed through an online assessment reporting software, WEAVEonline.
