2006-2007 Assessment Mini-Grants

The Student Achievement Assessment committee is pleased to announce the award of assessment mini-grants totaling $9000 for the 2006-07 academic year.  These grants were made possible by a CU System Cooperative Assessment Project initiative in which stimulating assessment activities at the course, program, or college level that will further improve teaching and learning was the focus.  The five grants awarded were selected from nine proposals submitted with a total requested budget of $22,279.68.

A panel of primarily faculty SAAC members who have expertise in assessing student achievement reviewed the proposals.  The funded projects will involve 9 faculty from the College of Letters, Arts and Science, the College of Education, the Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and the Library.
