WEAVEonline
In fall 2007, UCCS will begin using WEAVEonline, a web-based assessment management system, to collect and
maintain assessment progress report information. Data from the most recent progress report assessment cycle
(2005-2006) are being entered. A
quick start quide has been
created to assist in the data entry. If you are interested in mapping Outcomes/Objectives to Courses contact
the
WEAVE administrator for a mapping Training Manual.
For each UCCS major and stand-alone minor, WEAVEonline maintains the following:
- Mission
- Objectives/Outcomes
- Assessment Instruments/Measures
- Target Performance Levels/Benchmarks
- Data Summary/Findings
- Actions/Improvements
- Data Interpretation/Analysis
- Other Annual Reporting Areas
- Mapping

UCCS Faculty/Staff: First-time log in:
- Type in your UCCS username. (Typically your first initial and the first seven digits of your last
name)
- Click on - Forgot Password
- Review e-mail address in pop-up box/Check e-mail account
- Log in with password
