Check In and Checkout Files Check out files in Ingeniux to use the built in tiny MCE editor. When you are done check the files back in. The checkin / checkout process in Ingeniux prevents two people to work on any file at the same time. Only one person at a time can checkout any file. Once uploaded, it's very simple to make links to the document using the Ingeniux editor. Cutting and Pasting from Ingeniux to Dreamweaver and Back Sometimes it's nice to be able to use an external editor when interfacing with Ingeniux. One of the most popular editors available is Adobe Dreamweaver. In this video clip, you will learn to cut html sourcecode from Ingeniux and paste it into the code view of Dreamweaver. Changes can then be made to the sourcecode in Dreamweaver or through Dreamweaver's Design view. Once the changes have been made, the source code can be pasted back into Ingeniux. [3:07]
Create Folders Folders make it possible to shield a file or component from the navigation of the page. For example, if you place a file or component into a folder from the site tree in will no longer be part of the navigation in Ingeniux. In this video to demonstrate this technique, we will make a folder called hidden and then place an html file and component into the folder.
