Transfer to UCCS

Unofficial Transfer Evaluations are provided for prospective transfer students upon request. Unofficial Transfer Evaluations will be completed by the Transfer Coordinator, or another qualified academic advisor. Unofficial evaluations cannot be done on foreign colleges/universities; such evaluations require formal application to UCCS. Most Unofficial Transfer Evaluations will be completed within five business days of receipt of transcripts. If you do not receive your evaluation as expected, please contact the Transfer Coordinator at 719-262-3019 or transfer@uccs.edu to ensure that your transcripts were received.

Please follow the directions below to request an Unofficial Transfer Evaluation.

Please include the following information:

1. Full Name
2. Intended Major
3. Contact Information (email or fax number)
4. Names of colleges/universities attended
5. Copies of transcripts from all institutions of higher education that you have attended and a list of any courses currently in progress that are not reflected on your transcript
6. Any additional information you feel we might need to make an evaluation
7. Intended semester of transfer to UCCS

NOTE: If you do not include all above information, we may be unable to complete the evaluation.
