UCCS Bike Jam 6 on Facebook

Bike Jam 6 is Here!

The Sustainability Office is happy to once again to host Bike to Campus Day (AKA Bike Jam) on Friday September 5th. So grab your bike and support alternative transportation and your health  and join us on the El Pomar Plaza. The breakfast (for riders only) goes from 7:30-9:30, but the fun activities will continue until 2:00 p.m. Bike Jam is the kickoff for Bike Month (September 5-October 3) which is the kickoff for a year-long program, Pedal Perks,  to provide incentives for staff, faculty, and students to commute by bicycle and exercise on bicycles. Two new commuter bikes with accessories will be given away to campus members that ride during Bike Month.  Also, to celebrate the installation of a longboard rack on campus, we will be giving away two 'boards donated by local shops at Bike Jam.  Join us!.

To learn more and sign up for Pedal Perks go to http://www.uccs.edu/pedalperks.
