Mission

The UCCS Green Fund actively partners with a wide variety of community members and organizations to generate important revenue for innovative sustainability projects on campus, as well as, provide scholarships for students and researchers who are engaged in sustainability-related ventures at UCCS or in the community.

This fund was established through a strong partnership of administrative, student, and faculty representatives and is intended to further support and enhance sustainability initiatives on the UCCS campus.

The UCCS Green Fund is intended to support innovative and successful sustainability projects on campus and in the community that reduce our ecological footprint.  By encouraging partnerships among students, faculty, researchers, staff, and community members, this fund has the potential to produce ground-breaking sustainability projects that can be adopted by other communities around the world.
