Calendar & TRR Due Dates

• FALL 2008: Employment for the Fall semester starts August 10, 2008 and ends December 27, 2008.
• SPRING 2009: Employment for the Spring semester starts December 28, 2008, 2008 and ends May 16, 2009.

• Keep current records of hours worked and hours remaining in order to earn the correct amount of your work study award. Keep time-in/time-out records detailing the exact hours worked each day for both hourly & work-study positions. We suggest that you use the timesheet that tracks your hours for you located at: http://www.uccs.edu/~stuemp/formstuemp.shtml

• The Time Report Rosters (TRRs) must be filled out completely including: pay period end date, employee ID, name, speed type, job position number, job code, title, hourly rate, and total number of hours worked.
• Incomplete TRRs cannot be key punched and will not be processed on time.
• Both the student employee and the employer must sign the Sign In/Sign Out Form. The employer will retain this form in the student employee's personnel file.
• TRRs must be turned into the Personnel Office, Cragmor Hall Room 101, by the scheduled due date.
• TRRs cannot be released to students.
