Phase 1 will allow occupants of new building to be relocated from Science Building, University Hall, and Engineering Building consolidating some departments while facilitating cross-discipline activities. This will also allow for the renovation of the Science Building.

Phase 2 renovation of the Engineering Building will see some Departments temporarily house in the Science Engineering Complex move into the newly renovated Engineering Building, which will then become part of the complex through a bridge structure.

Phase 3 construction will allow for all the program planned occupants of the Science Engineering Complex to inhabit the final construction.
