Welcome to the new website for Respect on Campus (ROC)! Our team assists the UCCS and Colorado Springs community through education and activism, striving to "end a culture of violence."

Respect on Campus (ROC) serves as a violence prevention program to the UCCS community. The program is federally funded through the U.S. Office of Violence Against Women.

Through a coordinated community response approach, we train students, staff, faculty and law enforcement, and we work to revise judicial policies to align more closely with Title IX mandates.

All ROC activities are funded by a grant from the Office on Violence Against Women:

Catherine Kaukinen, Ph.D. (Principal Investigator).  2010 – 2013.  Developing and Coordinating Campus Resources, Services, and Programs to Reduce Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking on Campus.  Office on Violence Against Women, Office of Justice Programs, $499,645.  GMS Award 2010-WA-AX-0019.
