Housing Agreement Cancellation Due to Withdrawal

By filling out this form, you are requesting the cancellation of your housing agreement due to your withdrawal from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.  You can only submit this form after you have withdrawn from the University.

The refund policy is as follows:


For the Spring 2008 Semester, you will be charged weekly, based on when you check out with your Resident Assistant up to February 23, 2008.  After February 23, you will still need to check out with your RA, but there will be no refund for Tuition, Fees, and Housing Charges.

In all cases, your $200.00 Security Deposit will be forfeit.
