For resident parking areas, A VALID PERMIT MUST BE DISPLAYED ON YOUR VEHICLE BY THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES, June 10, 2013. There is NO "grace period." Tickets WILL be written for violations the first day of the semester. Please read the following information regarding parking options. Owning a permit, without displaying the permit, will result in a ticket. Permits sold are valid for the fall and spring semesters and will expire August 2, 2013 (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
Cars violating parking regulations will be subject to ticket and/or tow. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchasing a permit gives you the privilege to park in certain parking lots on campus. YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING A RESERVED PARKING SPACE. Students should direct all inquiries concerning parking/traffic to Parking Services at 719-255-3528.
(Valid in HUB permit areas on Fridays only).
Valid in designated Motorcycle Parking. Motorcycles MAY NOT BE PARKED IN REGULAR SPACES, except in visitor parking on the third level of the parking garage. All residents may receive one motorcycle permit at no cost while supplies last.
All students are automatically charged a Safety and Transportation fee. This fee is not a parking fee and is not used for parking-related improvements. This fee is used to provide enhanced police services and shuttle services for the UCCS community. The Safety and Transportation fee is billed directly to the student's account.
Overnight parking (12 a.m. - 6 a.m.) at the Four Diamonds area is prohibited.
