Come hear the experts discuss their process of creating balance between work, family, and life. Join us for an informal discussion and take a step towards finding your equilibrium!
About the Speakers:

  • Daniel Segal, PhD is a Professor of Psychology and the Director of Clinical Training.
  • Charles Benight, PhD is a Professor of Psychology and the Director of the Trauma, Health and Hazards Center.
  • Lori James, PhD is an Associate Professor of Psychology and the Director of Undergraduate Training.
  • Molly Maxfield, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and the Director of the Undergraduate Honors Program.
  • Sara Qualls, PhD is a Professor of Psychology, a Kraemer Family Professor of Aging, and the Director of the Gerontology Center.
