April 14th: Dr. Wurtele authored an article featured in the Gazzette.com. Read Professional perpetrators' exploitation of youth is preventable.

April 12th: Dr. Coolidge, Dr. Segal, Dr. Klebe, and graduate students Peter Marle and Karenleigh Overmann authored an article published in Behavioral Sciences & the Law, entitled Prevalence of ADHD and Its Subtypes in Male and Female Adult Prison Inmates.

In the April 2012 Monitor on Psychology (published by the American Psychological Association) two UCCS Psychology professors were cited:

• Professor Dan Segal described the PhD training program funded by a $139,000 Graduate Psychology Education (GPE) grant (funded by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration) to address older adult needs by integrating behavioral health services into primary care.
• Also cited in a story, "The Case Against Spanking" was a study on the effects of physical punishment on children which was published in Child Abuse & Neglect by Dominique Simons (UCCS MA Alumnus) and Professor Sandy Wurtele.
