President: Stephanie Hanenberg, Director, Student Health Center, x4449
Stephanie has been the director of the Student Health Center for six years. She is a member of the THINK committee (alcohol awareness), Emergency Preparedness Advisory Committee, Inclusive Campus Action Team (ICAT), Freshmen Seminar instructor, and serves as past president on the Rocky Mountain College Health Association board. She has also served as a member-at-large and secretary for Sigma Theta Tau Xi Phi Chapter. Stephanie feels it is important to be involved with organizations related to her job so that she can try and help those organizations grow and make changes as needed.

Robyn Marschke is the Director of Institutional Research. I joined the UCCS campus in November of 2004 after earning a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. My baccalaureate degree is in sociology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Vice President/President Elect: Ida Dilwood, Director of Disability Services and University Testing Center, X3653
Ida received her B.A high distinction and her Masters of Public Administration from UCCS. In 2007, Ida was appointed as Director of Disability Services. She has served on numerous committees including Emergency Preparedness Advisory Committee (EPAC), Diversity Advisory Committee (DAC), Inclusive Campus Action Team (ICAT), Staff Luncheon Committee, Parking Committee and other ad hoc committees as needed. In 2006 she served as treasurer on the UCCS Staff Council Executive Board. She has served as Member at Large on the UCCS Professional Expect (PESA) Executive Board from 2008-2010. In 2008, Ida took on more duties as the Director of the University Testing Center. Ida is also a long standing and active member of the Colorado/Wyoming Consortium of Disability Services in Higher Education. In July 2009 she assumed duties to be treasurer for this organization. Ida was local co-chair for Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) international conference in July 2010.
Secretary/Treasurer: Ralph Giese, Director of Residence Life and Housing, X 4327.
Ralph has been a UCCS community member since 2004. He currently chairs the Campus Programming Team, sits on ICAT, Orientation Planning Committee and has served on many other committees (GLBTIQ Task Force, EPAC and search committees). He is active in the customer service training program and has taught Academic Fitness. Ralph graduated from UW-Green Bay in 1989 with a degree in Human Development. He served as Assistant Director for Student Development at Hamline University in St Paul, MN in their housing office and was VP of Operations at a home furnishing retailer here in Colorado Springs. Prior to joining UCCS he owned a restaurant in Monument.
Member at Large: Matt Gaden, Director, Campus Recreation, x. 3463.
Matt has been the Director of the Recreation Center since 2007.. Matt started working at UCCS in the summer of 2001 as the Coordinator of Recreational Sports and Fitness, as the first full time employee in the Recreation Department at UCCS. Since that time he has overseen the growth of the program, to include the construction and opening of the current Campus Recreation Center in 2007. As an employee at UCCS Matt has had the chance to serve the campus on a number of search committees, including the search for the Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Success. Matt has previously served in PESA as a member at large, president elect, and president.
Member at Large: Megan Bell, Associate Director of the University Center, x. 5179.
Megan joined UCCS in June of 2010 and currently oversees multiple departments including the Event Scheduling and Audio Visual departments and the Information Desk. Prior to coming to UCCS, Megan worked at CU Boulder as the Assistant Director of the Student Union/Director of the Student Involvement Office for five years focusing on student leadership, development, and programming. She received her Masters degree in Educational Administration from Washington State University in May of 2002, and has also worked professionally in Housing and Residence Life.
