This course will offer students a variety of activities to engage different learning styles for different learners (visual, auditory, tactile, kinesthetic, etc.) and balance subjective/objective evaluation techniques (writing and exams). There are four domains of communication competency that will be covered in this course: 1-Cognitive (knowing) 2-Behavioral (doing/skill building) 3-Affective (feeling) and 4-Ethical (valuing).||3.0||

This course is an exploration of the relationship between leadership theory and practice. The course uses the Student Leadership Challenge text, inventory, and workbook to give students insight into five exemplary leadership practices as a means for understanding their leadership style and charting a course for their future development.
