ACT Timeline
**It has been shown that the more times you complete the ACT, the better scores you will receive, thus increasing your ability to get in to the college of your choice. It is for this reasoning that we require each student in the Pre-Collegiate Development Program to take both the EXPLORE & PLAN assessments and complete the ACT a MINIMUM of 3 times while in High School.

The EXPLORE® program is designed to help eighth and ninth graders explore a broad range of options for their future. It prepares students not only for their high school coursework but for their post-high school choices as well.

The PLAN® program helps 10th graders build a solid foundation for future academic and career success and provides information needed to address school districts' high-priority issues. It is a comprehensive guidance resource that helps students measure their current academic development, explore career/training options, and make plans for the remaining years of high school and post-graduation years.

The ACT (American College Testing) is a standardized test for high school achievement and college admissions in the United States and is produced by ACT, Inc. The assessment measures high school students' general educational development and their capability to complete college-level work through multiple choice tests covering four major academic areas: English, Reading, Mathematics & Science.
