PHS (NIH) Conflict of Interest Disclosure Guidelines

The UCCS PHS (NIH) Conflict of Interest Disclosure guidelines are effective August 24, 2012 and corresponds to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), under 42 CFR Part 50 and CFR Part 94, (effective August 25, 2011), which places additional requirements for entities proposing or receiving Public Health Services (PHS) funding.
