To configure Outlook 2011:

1. Launch Outlook 2011.  From the Tools menu, select Accounts.

 2. Double click on Exchange Account.

 3. Enter the following information in the Account Information:

  • E-mail address: Your full UCCS email address (for example
  • Method: User Name and Password
  • User name: Your full UCCS email address (for example
  • Password: Your UCCS password 
  • Then click Add Account.


4. Close the Accounts Window.  Your emails will begin downloading to Outlook.

5. If you receive this message, Check Always use my response for this server, and click Allow.
