Margaret A. Bacon, Interim Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs
The VCAA recommends and oversees the instruction, research, and academic support budgets, and assumes the executive role in the Chancellor's absence. The VCAA works with the Board of Regents, the Colorado Comission of Higher Education, the Vice President for Academic Affairs for the CU System, and counterparts at other higher education institutions.

Brian D. Burnett, Vice Chancellor of Administration and Finance
The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance provides financial planning and analysis for the campus in general, and the executive team in particular develops master plans for facilities, provides oversight for intercollegiate athletics, and serves as a liason to a number of CU system-wide groups involved with policy and financial issues.

Governance Websites:
Faculty Governance consists of the Faculty Assembly, Representative Assembly, Faculty Council, and Faculty Senate. The members of the Representative Assembly are elected by the Faculty Assembly and meet monthly. All faculty belong to the Faculty Assembly, which meets a few times each year. The Faculty Council is an elected, representative group from the system-wide Faculty Senate.
Professional Exempt Staff Association (PESA) represents all personnel who are exempt from the Colorado State Personnel System and who are not faculty members and who are employed at least 50% of the time.
Staff Council represents classified, contract, and CU Foundation employees of UCCS.
Student Government Association represents all registered students at UCCS.
