M.O.S.A.I.C. has established the student diversity awards in order to provide recognition for outstanding students, student clubs and student organizations that make significant contributions to the diversity efforts at UCCS. This year individual students, student clubs, and student organizations will self-nominate or work as a group to submit nominations by following the process explained on the forms.

The staff and faculty diversity awards were made in order to provide recognition for an outstanding UCCS faculty, staff or mentor that supports students in their pursuit of earning a college degree and or promoting diversity at UCCS. The award recipients will be recognized at the annual MOSAIC Year-End Celebration on May 11, 2013 in the Berger Hall.

Please submit your complete nomination packet in an enclosed envelope to Jose Napoles in the MOSAIC Office (University Center 110) no later than April 30th at 2PM Please direct any questions to Jose Napoles at jnapoles@uccs.edu

The MOSAIC Office will be giving out the Inclusiveness and Diversity Award on April 23, 2013 with the R.O.A.R AWARDS
