This Military Transfer Credit policy is designed to accurately reflect the academic content that veteran students receive in their military instruction, including, but not limited to, basic training, noncommissioned and staff noncommissioned officers courses, leadership training classes, multicultural experiences, international deployments, military language institutes, and military equal opportunity programs (EOP).
Applicability of transfer credit to graduation requirements will vary depending on school/college and major.

UCCS Military Credit Transfer Policy
All incoming or first term students will need to:
1. Scroll to the bottom of this page and complete the online form requesting a review of you military transcripts.
2. Submit your Joint Service or Community College of the Air Force transcripts.

3. Once you have submitted your request for review (through the form on this site) and have requested your military transcripts be sent to UCCS, a university representative will review your credits and award credits according to the guidelines of the policy. After the review is complete your military credits will appear in your DARS account through the UCCS portal. Please allow for 30 days for the review process to be completed.
Note: Currently enrolled students may request military transcripts to be reviewed after September 11, 2014
