Please complete a Request for Enrollment Verification EVERY term you attend UCCS using VA education benefits AFTER you have enrolled in classes for the coming term/semester.

Changing Majors or Institution?

If you decide to change your major or change schools, you NEED to fill out a VA form 22-1995. The form can be accessed below.


Attending More Than One Institution?

If you plan on attending another school while simultaneously attending UCCS, you will need to complete a parent school letter. The form can be accessed below.
