Center for the advancement of social equity and inclusion Mission
     To Foster a climate that supports inclusion and collaboration to examine the intersections of oppression and privilege and promote solutions to inequality.
     Through partnerships, outreach, research, institutes, conferences, leadership coaching, and other diversity services the Center bridges the gap between university and diverse communities to examine real world problems and contribute to the advancement of real world solutions. In regognition of our work we have been awarded grants by the Gay and Lesbian Fund for Colorado; inspired the Innovation in Scholarship for Inclusive Excellence at UCCS; we recieved the University of Colorado President's Diversity Award in 2008; and the 2010 Diversity Forum Champion of Diversity and Inclusion Award.
