Jenny Dorrington Jenny earned her PhD in algebraic topology from Northwestern University. Her current interests include geometry, differential geometry, and the history of mathematics. She loves working with students, and invites you to drop by to talk any time. |
Sean Dean Sean has his bachelor's in biology, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in student affairs in higher education. Sean has extensive experience as an SI leader, and is now back in the center as our fulltime program coordinator and assistant director. |

Jenna Tande Jenna is a junior business major, who enjoys helping people become acquainted with the Math Center. She can personally attest to the fact that math gets easier the more you do! |
Diana Gronski Diana is a princess that came from a land far far away to fulfill her dreams of being a greeter in the Math Center. She is currently working on her BS/MS in mechanical engineering. Her hobbies include riding elephants and unicycling while serenading mannequins in the stores. |

Beth Moore Beth is pursuing a double major in criminal justice and psychology. She loves meeting new students as they enter the center, and understands that math is a difficult subject for a lot of people. Her number one job is to make students feel comfortable and welcome when they visit. |
Azeez Agunbiade Azeez is a senior working towards his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with minors in mathematics and aerospace engineering. He has many ambitions and goals. He likes to say "if you don't aim high and try, you cannot soar sky high." |

Mark Alcantara Mark is a senior working on his bachelor's in mechanical engineering. He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and especially solving Math Mysteries! |
Heather Balle-Mason Heather is a senior working on her electrical engineering degree. She plans to go on to graduate school after completing her bachelor's. She is Ripley's mom and spends her free time helping him be a great dog. |

Brandon Bell Brandon is a mechanical engineering student who is working towards becoming a biomedical engineer after college. Brandon is very social and outgoing, and is happy to help anyone. |
Mike Bihn Mike has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from San Jose State University and a master's in mathematics from UCCS. He is currently a graduate student in the Computer Science department. |

Fadi Bishara Fadi is an undergraduate mechanical engineering major who likes to build things. After graduation he hopes to work in the aerospace industry, and would like to work for NASA at some point in his career. |
Emily Bohannon Emily is a junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Her current interests include alternative energy and power systems. She enjoys tutoring and helping students understand the material they are learning. |

Andrew Brannon Andrew is an Army veteran studying mechanical engineering. This is his first semester as an SI leader. He has had a lot of success with SI as a student, and is excited to help other students find their own success. |
Dominique Brasee Dominique is currently pursing her BS in math with an emphasis in actuarial science. This is her fourth semester as an SI leader, and second semester as a tutor. She plans on teaching high school after graduation, and on obtaining her PhD in math some day. |

Dylan Brown Dylan is a mechanical engineering major with a minor in math. He loves engines and anything that goes "vroom!" |
Nicole Brown Nicole is a biological anthropology major with a minor in biology. Her hope is to attend PA school. She is an Air Force wife with three small children. Helping others with the essentials of math is something she looks forward to. |

Tyler Buchanan Tyler is a psychology major, focusing on cognitive behavioral theory. He also has a particular fondness for mathematics, and considers helping others where he can to be a great pleasure. |
Mike Bultmann Mike is a graduate student in psychology. He has a lot of experience working with applied statistics, and is happy to help students in psychology, education, health science, and any field that uses statistics. |

Casey Chalifour Casey is a third year math and physics double major, working towards his bachelor's in both, and would eventually like to get a master's and doctorate in both fields. He is especially interested in theoretical physics and likes to work on cosmology and relativistic problems. |
Jon Cheek Jon is a mechanical engineering major with aspirations of one day becoming a mad scientist. He enjoys dancing, juggling, and lighting things on fire (while juggling). |

Bailey Eppard Bailey is studying electrical engineering with a minor in physics. This is her second semester with us, and she enjoys helping students with Calculus II, Differential Equations, and Physics II. |
Lori French Lori is a senior math major who has been an SI leader for several years. She particularly enjoys leading sessions for business calculus, and tutors individually in college algebra and calculus as well. Lori is also an accomplished glass and jewelry artist. |

Jewell Anne Hartman Jewell Anne received a BS in physics and a BA in mathematics from UCCS. Currently she is a PhD student in physics specializing in metamaterial optics & nanotechnology. Jewell Anne is currently teaching both math and physics. |
Jesse Heacock Jesse is a senior mechanical engineering major minoring in mathematics. His favorite area of math is Calculus 3, although he really enjoys helping students in precalculus and algebra. |

Stephanie Henrie Stephanie was in the Navy for 5 1/2 years, during which time she travelled the globe several times. After separating from the Navy, she worked as a tactical communications specialist for the Missile Defense Agency. She is now pursuing her dream of obtaining a biomedical degree. She loves math and science, and hopes to make an impact on the students she guides. |
Ben Kinyanjui Ben is originally from Kenya, East Africa, and has a bachelor's degree in science education from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He is currently a physics graduate student who enjoys helping students with pre-calculus and calculus. He is looking forward to helping students with physics in the near future. |

Ceili Kirkaldie Ceili is majoring in applied mathematics and economics. She loves math and hopes to inspire others to love it like she does. |
Vinay Kodipelly Vinay is a new graduate student in the mathematics department. He is from India, where he earned his master's degree in applied mathematics. Vinay finds that leading SI sessions is a great first step towards his goal of becoming a teacher. |

Jacob Lojewski Jacob is a physics major who loves math. He spent seven years in the Navy learning, teaching, and operating as an electrician for nuclear submarines. |
Chris Malec Chris is a graduate student in computer science who has worked in the center for a couple of years. He once defeated a clan of ninjas that dishonored him. |

Tommy McDowell Tommy has a BS in applied mathematics, and is working on a master's degree in the same field. His favorite area of math is numerical analysis, though he finds just about everything in mathematics interesting. You will generally find him working on math problems or snacking on something. |
Tom Moore Tom is a senior majoring in physics and mathematics. He enjoys all areas of calculus, especially those that can be used to help visualize a problem. In addition to working in the Math Center, Tom does research and experimental work in physics. |

Keri Ornelas Keri is a math major in the UCCS Teach program. She plans to teach secondary math overseas after graduation. She has led SI sessions for three semesters. |
Jacob Paterno Jacob is currently working towards a BS degree in biology, with a minor in math. He believes that being competent in math is an asset, not matter what you are studying, and enjoys helping students achieve their best. |

Matthew Peterson Matthew is working on his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. His favorite subjects to tutor are Thermodynamics 1 and Calculus 2. In his free time he enjoys climbing, and getting ready for mountain bike races. |
Paul Pinchuk Paul is currently working towards a bachelor's degree in physics, and hopes to go on to graduate school after completing his studies at UCCS. He has worked at the Math Center for several semesters and enjoys helping students in any way he can. Although physics questions are his favorites, he is happy to help with anything from College Algebra to Differential Equations. |

Charity Qualls Charity is a senior math major and amateur philosopher. After many years of practice, she has mastered a lifestyle of constant existential crisis and is perfectly comfortable with having no clue what a future with a BA in mathematics holds. Upon graduation, she might join the circus. |
Alex Riley Alex is a mechanical engineering student in his first semester as a math tutor. He is interested in automation, and in general in things that move. |

Theresa Romero Theresa is studying mechanical engineering and enjoys playing volleyball in her free time. She doesn't know exactly what she will do after graduation, but hopes to problem-solve wherever she ends up. She is very outgoing and is always excited to help others learn. |
Irving Rynning Irving is seeking a second MS in computer science, researching human-computer interaction through color and movement, creating soundscapes which do not yet have an application. |

Jon Savage Jon is an undergraduate majoring in mathematics whose plans after graduation are uncertain. His favorite topics to tutor are calculus, pre-calculus and college algebra. This is his second semester tutoring in the center. |
Chris Schmank Christopher has his bachelor's degree in psychology, with a minor in philosophy. He is currently in his third year of the Master's program in Psychological Sciences with a concentration on cognition and quantitative psychology. He is well versed in applied statistics and looks forward to helping any student in need of statistics tutoring. |

Rebekah Schroetlin Rebekah is a human biology major and hopes to be a medical doctor. She is a "science nerd," but enjoys math equally well, especially calculus. |
Sara Welton Sara is a math and physics double major. She enjoys learning about physics, especially Optics and Quantum Mechanics. She is also passionate about math; her favorite topics are Differential Equations and Calculus 2. She plans to pursue a career as a teacher after graduation, with the hope of inspiring future generations. |

Ripley Ripley is a four year old therapy and service dog. He likes belly rubs, ear scratches, and treats. An expert at making people smile, if you need a puppy hug while in the center, he is happy to provide. |
