Admission for International Applicants  -- Alternately, save time and Apply Online!

An applicant for admission as an International student for the Department of Mathematics at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs must submit the following Documents to the Mathematics office at the address below:

  1. A completed Application form; Part I and Part II
  2. A Financial Statement for International Students form with the required documentation
  3. A check or money order for $75.00 as a non-refundable application fee, made payable to UCCS
  4. 2 Official Transcripts from each college/university attended. All transcripts must be sent directly from the previous school
  5. 2 letters of recommendation with Letter of Recommendation Form Attached.
  6. A Selective Service form if you are male and born after 1960
  7. An Application for Graduate Teaching Fellowship Form if you are requesting financial assistance from the department
  8. If your native language is not English then you must demonstrate your proficiency in English.  The English proficiency requirements can be found at: www.uccs.edu/international/international-student-and-scholar-services/English-proficiency-requirements.html.

Completed applications (including all supporting documentation) should be submitted 60 days prior to the term for which admission is sought, although applications are reviewed on a continual basis and will be considered if this deadline is not met.
