The library has increased the number of reservable group study rooms - just in time for the new school year!
Students can now reserve 4 of our group study rooms, 3 of which contain computers: Rooms 226, 227, & 228 (2 computers, seats 5-6) and Room 300 (no computers, seats 8-9). All of the library's other study rooms will remain available on a first come, first served basis.
If you would like to reserve any of these rooms for group work, please be aware that reservations must be made by closing time the day before the room is needed. Reservations can only be made in ½ hour increments, with a limit of up to 3 hours per day, and students are limited to 2 reservations per week.
Make your reservation by calling the Circulation Desk at 719-255-3296, or visiting the main Circulation Desk in person while you're in the library. Reservations can also be made through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any email request must include your full name, the number of the room you'd like to reserve, the hours you want to reserve the room, the number of people in your group, and a phone number that Circulation staff can use to confirm your reservation. (A member of the Circulation staff will respond within 12 hours to confirm.)
Full information about reserving and using these study rooms for group work can be found in the Study Room Reservation Policy.
