The Library has two document/book copy machines and one microfilm (film and fiche) reader/printer available for public use.
|Machine||Cost (using coin)||Cost (using Copy Card)|
Individuals may purchase prepaid Copy Card that cost $.80 each, and they may program the card for $1, $5, $10, or $20 from the card dispensing machine located in the Copy Room. So if you purchase a Copy Card with $1, only $.20 is actually on the card. You can add more money onto the card at any time. The balance on the card will be visible at the copier with each use of the card. When the balance has reached any amount less than $.07, the machine will reject the card and deny copying. Additional copying must then be purchased. You can add money to the same card so DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR CARD.
Departments/offices on campus may purchase prepaid Copy Cards. The cards are kept by the department and distributed at the department's discretion. The Library will not hold or distribute cards for any department/office. Contact your department chairperson for information on the use and availability of departmental Copy Cards. To obtain a card, bring a completed IN form to Jayne Lloyd at firstname.lastname@example.org or 255-3068.
THE LIBRARY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND WILL NOT REFUND AMOUNTS REMAINING ON ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED CARDS.
