Scopus Elsevier 1966-
Scopus is an abstracts database covering the following fields: chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics, engineering, life and health sciences, social sciences, psychology, economics, and environmental sciences. Provides access to over 26 million abstracts (going back to 1966) and 10 years of reference backfiles.

PubMed  Mid 1960's-

A service of the National Library of Medicine, PubMed provides access to over 11 million MEDLINE citations back to the mid-1960's and additional life science journals. PubMed includes links to many sites providing full text articles and other related resources. Finding Full Text in PubMed.

BioOne  years vary
A uniquely valuable aggregation of the full-texts of high-impact bioscience research journals. Most of BioOne's titles are published by small societies and non-commercial publishers in the biological, ecological and environmental sciences.

GreenFile EBSCOhost  years vary
A multi-disciplinary database focusing on aspects of human impact to the environment. Includes scholarly, government and general-interest titles on the environmental connections to agriculture, education, law, health and technology. Great for researching global climate change, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more.

SPORTDiscus with Full Text EBSCOhost 1985-
SPORTDiscus searches peer-reviewed journals and popular publications in the areas of sport, recreation, sports medicine, coaching, physical fitness, history and sociology of sport, and training.

MedlinePlus  years vary
Provides authoritative information gathered from the National Library of Medicine, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), other government agencies and health-related organizations to help answer health questions. Includes pre-formulated MEDLINE searches, access to some full-text medical journal articles, extensive information about drugs, an illustrated medical encyclopedia, interactive patient tutorials, and the latest health news. This database is free and available to all via the Web.

BioMed Central publishes and searches over a hundred peer-reviewed open access journals in biology and medicine.

SciFinder provides access to CAplus, a database of chemical literature and U.S. and foreign chemical-related patents, CASREACT, the CAS Registry, Chemcat, Chemlist, and Medline. It includes citations to journal articles, book chapters, patents, conference proceedings, technical reports, substance database and dissertations covered in Chemical Abstracts as well as articles currently being indexed, book reviews and biographical information.

This database is updated on a daily basis.

Dissertations and Theses Proquest  1639-
Indexes the complete range of academic subjects appearing in dissertations accepted at accredited institutions. Abstracting of dissertations begins with 1980 and abstracting of theses begins with 1988.
