Register and Pay For Your Extended Studies Course

Please find the scenario below that applies to you and then follow the appropriate links.

All Extended Studies registrations take place through the myUCCS Student Portal. Enrollment for Spring 2014 is now open. Contact LAS Extended Studies if you have questions.


IF...

...you are a current full- or part-time UCCS student and already have access to your myUCCS student portal account, then you are already eligible for Extended Studies enrollment. However, you may or may not find your course through the Course Search Function; if you don't find your course in the Course Search Function, then you'll need to find the 5-digit Class Number which identifies your course, either by looking on the course page on this web site, or by contacting LAS Extended Studies. Once you know the 5-digit Class Number, go to the Extended Studies Registration Information page and review the steps for registering with the Class Number. Tuition will be added to your total tuition bill and will be subject to the same payment deadlines that apply for your main campus courses.

IF...

...you have never enrolled at UCCS or any other University of Colorado campus, then go to the Extended Studies Admissions Process page and begin with Step 1, "Apply For Admission". With this step, you will apply to the Extended Studies Program. Continue through Steps 2, 3 and 4 to complete your registration and payment. The entire process of applying to the Extended Studies program, then registering and paying for your course, may take 3-5 business days, so please note any applicable registration deadlines and plan accordingly.

IF...

...you have a UCCS Student ID but you have never accessed your myUCCS student portal account, then go to the Extended Studies Admissions Process page and begin with Step 1, "Apply For Admission". With this step, you will re-apply to the Extended Studies Program. Your Student ID will not change. Continue through Steps 2, 3 and 4 to complete your registration and payment. The entire process of applying to the Extended Studies program, then registering and paying for your course, may take 3-5 business days, so please note any applicable registration deadlines and plan accordingly.


Paying Tuition and Fees.

See the Extended Studies Tuition and Fees page (scroll down to the "Billing Calendar" section) to view applicable payment deadlines. If you are registering before the "Account Balance Available" date listed for a given term, you will not be able to see your balance and make your payment until approximately this date. Balances left unpaid after the "Payment-In-Full" date will be subject to late fees. For any registrations completed after the "Payment-In-Full" date, payment must be made as soon as the balance posts to your myUCCS student portal account. If you're not able to make your payment through your myUCCS student portal account, contact Campus-Wide Extended Studies at (719) 255-3498 to arrange payment by another method. The University now charges a 2.75% service fee for all credit card transactions; electronic check payments made through the myUCCS portal will not be subject to this fee.
