COURSE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Determine your credit option:
***CREDIT OPTION 1: NFHS-Full Conference: 1 credit hour for attending entire conference:
Attend a minimum of eight (8) conference activities, and compile a list of these activities. Conference activities can include general sessions, workshops, lectures, discussions, committee meetings and/or meal functions (the Exhibit Hall can count as one of the eight sessions). The 4-hour LTC courses can count as two activities. (IMPORTANT: LTC courses claimed for full-conference credit (option 1) may not also be claimed for credit individually (option 2). No double dipping!) Write a brief description of any one of the sessions you attended at the conference and the professional benefits for you. The paper should be typed and a maximum of one page.
***CREDIT OPTION 2: NIAAA-Individual LTC sessions: 1 credit hour per session:
To earn graduate credit for any individual LTC course, you must attend the entire course. For every LTC course you attend and wish to receive credit for, write a brief description of the LTC course and describe the professional benefits for you, specifically how you will apply course information to your job. Each paper should be typed and a maximum of three pages.
  2. Download and complete the University of Colorado Faculty Course Questionnaire. For Credit Option 2, print and complete one copy for each LTC course you will register for. Return of this form is required.
  3. E-mail all required paperwork and completed Faculty Course Questionnaire(s) to Jay Engeln at jengeln2@uccs.edu.
