Survey Assistance
Institutional Research has an annual subscription to an online survey program called Qualtrics. We are willing to administer online surveys for UCCS employees when the following are provided: (a) IRB approval or exemption, (b) the questionnaire, and (c) a cover letter or invitation if you intend to use the automated emailing feature within the software program. We can also generate a mailing list for you. Please note that Institutional Research does not provide IRB approval; although the name of our office implies as much, IRB approval and training for Research with Human Subjects are provided by the Office of Sponsored Programs.
