The Colorado Springs Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), the oldest women’s organization in the United States, whose mission is equity for all women and girls, life-long education, and positive societal change, will award three Local Scholarships for $1000 each and two scholarships for $500 each for the academic year 2013-2014. Please note that this scholarship is only available to women. |

The Fulbright Program operates in more than 155 countries worldwide and has provided approximately 300,000 participants with the opportunity to study, teach, or conduct reasearch in each others' countries and exchange ideas. |

For students from developing countries who are currently studying in the United States or Canada, the MMMF awards grants of approximately $12,000 each; grants are not renewable. Every year, the MMMF also invites the recipients to Washington, D.C., to participate in a three-day Awards Program organized in their honor. |
