Steps to Study Abroad
We encourage all students to attend an EA 101 session as they begin to consider education abroad. These sessions cover important considerations including the benefits of education abroad, available programs, and the step-by-step process.
How to Apply
You must be in good academic standing and disciplinary standing at UCCS in order to study abroad. Also, you must meet the elgbility requirements of the program. You may not study abroad during your first semester at UCCS.
UCCS offers students interested in studying abroad four different types of programs: exchanges, direct enrollment (program partners), third party, and faculty-directed.
The Education Abroad Office within the Office of International Affairs is dedicated to supporting diversity and non-descrimination in Education Abroad for all UCCS students. Every UCCS student is encouraged to explore opportunities for an overseas educational experience.
