The Office of International Affairs (OIA) reports to the UCCS Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and supports the following activities:

• Recruitment, enrollment, and retention of inbound international students and scholars to support diversity
• Study abroad, exchange, and other global engagement programs for UCCS students and faculty
• Development of programs, curriculum and strategies in collaboration with UCCS colleges and schools to increase multicultural experiences and global competencies of students, faculty and staff
• Advocacy, development, and implementation of strategic international partnerships

The OIA includes the following areas of responsibility:

• Office of International Student & Scholar Services/International Admissions
  
• Office of International Programs & Partnerships
  
• Office of Education Abroad
  
• English Language Center
