Graduate student Kayla Allen and professor Luis Lowe work on a new, high performance liquid chromatography instrument coupled with a tandem mass spectrometer, purchased with funds awarded by the National Science Foundation and Shimadzu Corporation to support collaborations between UCCS, Colorado College, and the El Paso County Coroner’s Office.
